We offer two formulations to suit different working preferences:

Classic (Soft)
A classic, softer wax that’s more sensitive to heat and ideal for creating fluid, organic forms. It responds beautifully to body warmth, allowing for expressive shaping and movement.

Hard (Michael’s Special Recipe)
A firmer, custom-blended wax that’s tougher and slightly more brittle, but easier to form and excellent at holding crisp lines and structure. Preferred by many for its control and durability.
Each artist has their own preference, and there’s no one-size-fits-all. If you’re new to Mitsuro or unsure which type suits your style, we recommend our Taster Pack (only available in 60g size), which includes both waxes so you can experiment and find your perfect match.
